The National Cat AdvoCAT Academy is a one-of-a-kind experience where kids (ages 7–13) will laugh, create, connect, and yes—learn… but not in a boring way.

We’re talking about a summer that actually sticks with them.

🐱 Meet Your Camp Creator

Hi, I’m Missy—founder of She’s All Cat 

I’ve been working in animal welfare and community education for years, and I was the founder of Arizona’s first cat café, La Gattara ( now Phoenix Cat Cafe) where I created spacefor people and cats to connect in a whole new way.

Since 2017, I’ve been running Cat Camp programs that have impacted kids, families, and communities across Arizona—helping raise a generation that sees animals differently and chooses compassion.

This program is the next evolution of that work—bigger, more intentional, and designed to create real change.

🐾 What Makes This Camp So Special

Every day is a mix of fun, creativity, and purpose:

• Learning how to understand cats (and why they do their quirky little things 😸)

• Hands-on activities like crafts, storytelling, and advocacy projects

• “Painting with Cats” + “Cat Yoga” (yes… it’s as adorable as it sounds)

• Guest visits from veterinarians and cat behavior experts

• Meeting adoptable cats through local rescue partners

• Adventures with our mascots Chicky Nuggie & Waffles!

At the end of the summer, all 9 camp groups from across Arizona come together for one unforgettable showcase event 🎤🐾

Kids will:

• Share what they’ve learned

• Perform or present in fun, creative ways

• Celebrate as a community of young advocates

It’s powerful, it’s joyful, and it’s something they’ll never forget.

📍 Program Details

• Ages: 7–13

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• When: June & July (9 weeks, 9 cities)
